These terms are an agreement between you and PepLive ("PepLive", "we"). By using PepLive you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Who can use PepLive
You must be at least 21 years old. You're responsible for your account and everything posted from it. One person per account; don't impersonate anyone.
What PepLive is
PepLive is a short-video platform where creators post videos and may tag products sold by independent brands. PepLive does not sell products. When you tap Buy you leave PepLive and purchase directly from that brand, under the brand's own terms, pricing, shipping and refund policies. Any problem with an order is between you and the brand.
Research-use-only products
Many products shown on PepLive are sold by brands for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. Nothing on PepLive is medical advice, a diagnosis, a dosing recommendation, or a claim that any product treats, cures or prevents any condition. Videos reflect the creator's own views, not PepLive's.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give PepLive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and promote your content on and about PepLive. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including music and footage of other people. You must follow the Community Guidelines.
Removal and enforcement
We can remove content, limit features, withhold unpaid commissions tied to violations, or suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or that we reasonably believe expose PepLive, brands or users to legal risk. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Creator earnings
If you tag products, commissions are governed by the Creator Earnings Terms.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your videos, comments and profile are removed. Commission records we're required to keep for tax and accounting are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
PepLive is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for products, orders or conduct of brands, creators or other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the commissions we paid you in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use PepLive means you accept the update.
